A factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system uses an environmentally-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, making this food prep table sandwich/salad unit one of the more responsible options in refrigerated prep tables. This commercial refrigeration equipment's interior includes NSF-approved clear-coated aluminum liners and a stainless steel floor with coved corners. The equipment's exterior comprises a stainless steel front, top, and ends with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back. The prep table unit comes with a 11 3/4"D x 1/2" thick removable high density NSF approved white polyethylene cutting board. Also included are 12 1/6 size clear polycarbonate NSF-approved food pans.
