The EverTite riveting system of this sauce pan offers a more powerful bond which will hold up even under intense heat conditions. This 2 3/4 qt capacity quart saucepan has a SteelCoat x3 non-stick coating for trouble-free cleaning. Additionally, the bonded silicone, plated steel handle has a TriVent design to decrease heat transfer, making it safe to handle. It can handle high temperatures in the oven up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, making it suitable for a variety of cuisines.
The triple-layer SteelCoat finish provides an easy-release surface that makes cleaning hassle-free. This sauce pan is NSF-certified. It can be used on electric tops, gas tops, and ceramic tops.
