This deep dish pizza pan has a BAKALON® surface. The surface is not a painted coating. This deep dish pizza pan's surface is an integrated aluminum oxide, tough enough to resist the use and abuse of commercial kitchens. The product measures 6 x 1 1/2 (Dia x D). This deep dish pizza pan is dark gray. This pan does not have embossed feet.
