This hot food pan is designed to Gastronorm specifications and features a 1/2" wide flange to ensure a smooth fit. The standard and metric graduations will make it easier to manage inventory. The hot food pan features an extreme temperature resin that can handle -40°F to 300°F, including microwaving and flash freezing. Plus, the interior is nonstick for easy cleaning and to increase yield.
This flat lid will keep food safe during transport or storage. The heavy-duty plastic composition is temperature safe from -40°F to 210°F. The flat lid allows you to stack multiple pans together and is dishwasher safe for quick sanitation.
