The energy saving refrigeration system with guided airflow provides uniform temperature in food pans and cabinet. This food prep unit is equipped with an 8" deep, full length removable cutting board. Cutting board is sanitary, high-density, NSF approved white polyethylene which provides a tough preparation surface. There are 2 adjustable, heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves to help organize extra ingredients. Food prep unit's exterior has a stainless steel front, top and ends with a matching aluminum finished back which makes it perfect for commercial use.
